This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Gazey Talk mobile application (hereafter referred to as the "Application"), created by Intiser Ahmed (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and provided as a Free service. The Application is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

1.1. Use of TrueDepth API and Face Data

The Application uses Apple's TrueDepth API to collect limited real-time facial movement data (such as eyebrow raises, eye movement, or smile detection). This data is:

• Processed Locally: All facial movement data is processed on your device.
• Used for Accessibility: We collect and process this data solely to enable gesture-based navigation and interaction, which can be helpful for users with speech or mobility impairments.
• No Storage or Transmission: The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any facial images, videos, or raw depth data. All data is used in real-time and discarded immediately after the gesture or interaction is completed.
• No Third-Party Sharing: Since the Application does not retain or transmit data, it is never shared with any external parties or servers.

1.2. Personal Voice API Usage (iOS 17)

The Application also integrates Apple's Personal Voice API introduced in iOS 17 to generate speech output. This feature is used solely for speech assistance and augmentative communication purposes:

• On-Device Processing: The personal voice data is handled locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers or any third party.
• No Data Retention: The Application does not store, retain, or archive personal voice data. Any temporary data involved in generating speech is discarded immediately after use.

2. Children and Gazey Talk

Inclusivity for Children Under 13

Gazey Talk is designed to be accessible for all users, including children under the age of 13, as it serves as an alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) tool. We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children—or from any user—through the Application.

Parental Supervision

Because the Application does not collect data, there are no privacy risks specific to children. However, parents or guardians are encouraged to supervise their child's use of the Application to ensure it is being used appropriately.

COPPA Compliance

The Service Provider complies with all relevant children's privacy regulations, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). 3. External Links

Our Application may include links to external websites or services—most notably, educational videos about Gazey Talk hosted on YouTube—to enhance the user experience and provide helpful tutorials. Please note:

• Third-Party Operation: These external sites (e.g., YouTube) are not operated by us.
• Independent Privacy Policies: We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of any external website or service you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites or services.
• User Interaction: If you choose to interact with these links, you may be directed to sites that operate independently and have their own data collection practices.

The Application does not collect or use any precise location data from your device.

5. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

Since no information is collected by the Application (including data from the TrueDepth API and Personal Voice API), there is no data to share with third parties. We do not use or integrate any services that require transmission or external processing of your data.

6. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data processing by the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstallation can typically be done via your device's standard uninstall process or through your mobile application marketplace.

Because the Application does not store or transmit your data, there is minimal risk of any unauthorized access or data breach. Nonetheless, the Service Provider remains vigilant in ensuring our processes comply with best practices for data security and privacy.
